SUSPENSION IN CHURCH!

Its been a while have noticed this kind of issue among people especially Christians.Today in church I realize its more complicated and kinda more on a SPIRITUAL level.
    So my question here is how often can a particular church member commit a particular crime which he must have been warn and rebuke not to before he can be suspended?
    Secondly,should that particular church member leave the church to another just because he or she is suspended especially if he or she is a worker.
    Thirdly,what should the leader of the church he or she left do and the church he or she just join.WHAT SHOULD THE TWO PATORS DO?
