Chelsea midfielder Oscar says he has been very impressed with Michy Batshuayi
Chelsea midfielder Oscar says he has been very impressed with Michy Batshuayi since his summer arrival and believes he has exactly the qualities the side need from their striker.
Batshuayi joined the club from Marseille in a £33 million move and cut short his post-Euro 2016 holiday to link up with the squad at their pre-season training camp in Austria earlier this week.
He made his debut off the bench against RZ Pellets, and was unlucky not to open his account, and Oscar believes the club have secured an excellent talent.
He did nicely,’ Oscar is quoted in the Daily Mail. ‘He will be a bit more compact and play for the team. This is what the team needs this season.’
The Brazilian attacker also revealed that Conte will play a 4-2-4 formation next season, with Batshuayi – who bagged 17 league goals last term – therefore likely to lead the line alongside Spain international Diego Costa.
